We design and implement a bespoke decision-based project management strategy – Project Development and Execution Assurance Process (PDEAP). This cross functional process was designed to firmly establish a culture where quality conversations that drive phrase – specific decisions are held at appropriate stages. The PDEAP provides the core work process that encourages multi-functional team collaborations that generates well-thought-out development plans.
Following this strategy, The LPG plant got its Approval-To-Construct in April 2018 and was on fast track for completion by January 2024.
By July 2019, the equipment fabrication had been completed with then Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) now (NUPRC and NMDPRA) and company representatives witnessing the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in China which lasted for over a month. “The 12MMSCFD modular LPG extraction plant had earlier in February 2024 secured the NMDPRA -the regulators licence to Operate and commenced pre commissioning procedures.
The Plant at full operation has capacity to produce about 60-metrictonnes of LPG (cooking gas) daily to the domestic market.
The plant works on a Hybrid System and consists of four major processes of compression, dehydration, refrigeration and hydrocarbon separation

We are poised more than ever before to develop the Otakikpo oil and gas field PM 11 wit-the Small Scale Gas Utilization projec (SSGUP) as the backbone of field development activities to ensure compliance with the zero gas flare policy of the Federal Government.

Project Development and Execution Assurance Process (PDEAP) covers both the decision making (early) and execution (later) stages. The Circle of the PDEAP represents the continuous nature of the process.

Our operations are always anchored on the basis of our established core belief that; safety is not the absence of incidents, but rather a presence of barriers.
We achieved an exceptional safety milestone – 6 million man-hours without Lost-Time Incidents (LTI) since the commencement of tthe operations in the field.
Utilizing associated gas from the Otakikpo field, the company produces liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) products, including propane and butane, catering to both domestic and industrial needs.
The plant also produces condensate, a valuable low-density mixture of hydrocarbon liquids derived from raw natural gas, which can be used in various industrial applications.
