FIRST ΟΤΑΚΙΚΡΟ MIDSTREAM LIMITED (FOML) is a company registered in Nigeria with Corporate Affairs Commission “CAC” registration number RC No. 7273394 with its registered office at 8, Richard Clapperton Street, Asokoro, F.C.T, Abuja, Nigeria.
It was established by the Otakikpo JV partners comprising Green Energy International Ltd; (GEIL) Operator of the Otakikpo field PML 11 and Lekoil Oil and Gas investment Ltd, Its joint venture partner.
The setting up of FOML is in compliance with the Petroleum Industry Act “PIA” and Presidential order, as a separate entity to manage the midstream related operations of the Otakikpo field. The shareholding is 60% by Green Energy and 40% by Lekoil in accordance with the JV arrangement.

Completing 12MMSCFD modular LPG extraction plant and the 6MW power generating plant is a fulfillment of our commitment to the Federal government to utilize gas to catalyze economic development of host communities and the nation
Furthermore, we concluded that a modular, scalable option a small footprint plant that is quick to deploy and easy to relocate, is the most preferred Associated Gas utilization solution for stranded and small fields.
